We develop accessible birth justice educational curricula, materials, and research including:

  • data in the form of peer reviewed papers, law review articles, and white papers

  • workshops and webinars on the health and legal risks of Cannabis use during pregnancy, breastfeeding and parenting

  • workshops for birth workers on providing services for LGBTQUAI people

  • fact sheets and policy statements on these issues and more:

    • using gender neutral language

    • midwifery and the law

    • racial disparities related to childbirth
